Contact Artvango
If you are interested in receiving expressive forms of therapy for you or your child, please fill out the information below. Please be patient as it may take us up to 5 business days to respond to your request as we receive many inquiries for our services. Submitting this inquiry doesn’t mean services will be guaranteed. For immediate assistance dial 9-1-1 or call the united way resource line at 4-1-1.

IMPORTANT: It is required to review our FAQs page under the Resources tab prior to therapy in order to understand expectations and requirements needed for service. Our primary focus is children that have experienced foster care or adoption, or who have experienced trauma. We do not provide services related to custody and/or divorce. Additionally, we cannot provide opinions on where children should or should not live or regarding visitations.

We do ask ALL our client’s parents to fully understand Artvango’s mission before they agree to receive counseling. Artvango’s theoretic approach requires parents to engage with their child through a trauma informed outlook; our trained staff is here to guide parents with weekly parenting tips, suggestions, reading material and even podcasts. Artvango’s mission is to uplift and heal children, which requires parents to learn new parenting tools or start therapy of their own (in some circumstances). We believe it takes a village to raise healthy and productive individuals. Remember therapy takes time and consistency on everyone’s part.

We currently only accept the following insurances at this time:

Copay’s are collected at every therapy session.

Good Faith Estimate Notice

Notice to clients and prospective clients:
Under the law, health care providers need to give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service, or at any time during treatment.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, or how to dispute a bill, see your Estimate, or visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises
